On the blog today, we catch up with Lewis McKale from local estate agent Bromley Property Company, who provide the local expertise, services, and support that are associated with a high street agency, but we aren’t tied to a high street office within Bromley and local area.
Have you always lived in the Bromley area?
Yes I grew up in West Wickham and attended Hayes School- so very local!
How did you end up setting up Bromley Property Company?
I sold a high street estate agency in Shoreditch that I jointly owned in 2016, and decided at that list that I wanted to work locally to where I live and know.
What do you think makes you different from other Estate Agents in the Bromley area?
We have got rid of unnecessary overheads, allowing us to offer much more competitive fees, along with better communication and responsiveness with our clients by utilising things like WhatsApp and social media to keep our clients, and potential clients, up-to-date.
What things can make the house buying and selling process easier for you as an estate agent?
Clients using recommended solicitors really helps as there are a lot of bad, cheap solicitors out there that can slow down the process.

What's your favourite thing to do in the Bromley area?
I love to watch Bromley FC, and also to visit the Royal British Legion in Hayes for a quiet drink.
